94 East is appearing in the movie, Siren!
See who showed up at
the prescreening on
Saturday, December 10 at the Oak Street Cinema (below)
Our group, 94 East (Pepe Willie, Marcy Ingvoldstad, Kristie Lazenberry, Eric Waltower), went to Las Vegas earlier this year to perform in a movie, titled Siren. We performed one of our songs ("Man Made Of") in a battle of the bands show towards the end of the movie. Another one of our songs ("10:15") is on the soundtrack. Both songs are from our CD, "94 East 10:15 & Fortune Teller Featuring Prince on Guitar".
Michele Kaime-Fiore, Executive Producer, Co-writer, and main character, "Storm Fagan," was at the prescreening, answering questions about the film; as well as the film's music producer, Ben Obi, a local producer who worked with us on our CD, and is currently working with Troy Hudson's new label, Nutty Boyz.
The cast includes Erin Gray, Gary Graham, and Anthony Gourdine (Little Anthony and the Imperials). Find out more about the movie at www.sirenthemovie.com.
