Pepé Willie, President of Pepé Music Inc., is an owner at Orange Lake Resort & Country Club in Orlando, Florida.  There he met Sheila Bolin, a tennis instructor at the resort, who later introduced him to her sister, Shirley, who also worked there. They have had a good friendship ever since that time.  When Sheila, Shirley, and the rest of the research staff started The Regal Swanä Project team in the 1990s, they'd share their work with Pepé and his family whenever he came down to Orange Lake.  They introduced them to these incredible swans and their cygnets as well as informed them of all the work the team was doing.  In 2002, Pepé, an ardent conservationist, offered to write a song for The Regal Swanä , Inc., one that would reflect the love and care being demonstrated by both the Bolins and the swans to which they devoted so much of their time and concern. The result was Special Lady, written especially for the Project by Pepé Willie, Marcy Ingvoldstad and Marshall Charloff.  The Regal Swanä , Inc. is very excited about the music and wanted to share it with you.
